Selection Procedure


We are proud of our recruitment process, which ensures you are provided with candidates that are most suitable for your specific requirements. Our trained consultants pre-screen and pre-select applicants before submitting their details to - for we want to assure accurate matching between you and any prospective employee.

We collect CVs from applicants interested in one or more of our offers. Every CV is written in the SM format, which allows for easy comparison of each candidate's details.

We perform the first telephone interview in order to make preliminary assessments of the overall competency of a candidate, especially in regards to their level of English.

All documents are then collected and reference checks are performed including employment history, criminal background and health checks.

If we are fully satisfied with the results and feel confident that the candidate is suitable for your specific requirements, we get them to perform a practical test to ensure their potential capabilities prior to sending their applications with relevant academic and service certificates to the Potential Client who then obviously has the prerogative to assess and base his final decision about the selection.

If you would like to meet our selected candidates personally, we encourage you to do so, you are very welcome to come to our head office in Mumbai to conduct the final interviews.
